Build Process
1 — Intake
Start by completing our project intake form.
This gives us the information we need to understand your goals, brand direction, privacy considerations, content readiness, and project scope.
Typical time: about 10–15 minutes
2 — Build Phase.
(Days 1–7 Foundation / 1–14 Premium)
Once we have your intake details and required assets, we begin the build.
We configure your Delta Line Privacy Stack™, customize the site to your brand, sanitize submitted images, and prepare everything for secure launch.

Foundation builds typically launch within 7 days
Premium builds typically launch within 14 days
Final timelines depend on content delivery, revisions, and project complexity.
3 — Review
You receive a private staging link to review your site before launch.
At this stage, you can review the layout, content, photos, and overall presentation. We refine the build based on your feedback and included revision rounds.
4 — Launch
Once approved, your site goes live.
You receive your launch documentation, support details, and any access included with your plan. If you choose ongoing support, maintenance continues behind the scenes so your site stays secure and stable.

After launch, you receive:

Common Questions
What if I already have a domain?
No problem. We’ll configure it with private registration and point it to your new site. If you don’t have one, we’ll register it for you with WHOIS privacy enabled.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. We build on WordPress, which you can learn to manage. Alternatively, ongoing maintenance includes minor edits so you don’t have to manage changes yourself.
What's the difference between Foundation and Managed?
Foundation ($1,750): You own the site and content outright. We build it, host it for 30 days, then you either add maintenance or migrate to your own hosting.
Managed ($500 + $175/month): We manage hosting and maintenance while your subscription is active. If payments stop, the site is temporarily unpublished. You retain rights to your content and can request an export anytime.
What happens if I miss a payment on the Managed tier?
You have a 7-day grace period. After that, the site is temporarily unpublished until payment resumes. All content remains preserved and can be restored immediately once you’re current.
Do you guarantee anonymity or provide legal advice?
No. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee anonymity. We reduce common exposure risks through privacy-conscious infrastructure, but you remain responsible for your own operational security and legal compliance.
Do I need Discretion Protocols?
Only if your work involves heightened operational risk or you need documented takedown procedures. Most clients do not require this unless they have specific operational concerns.
