Process

Every Delta Line project follows a structured workflow designed to minimize confusion, protect privacy, and deliver reliable results. You provide the essentials — we handle the technical implementation behind the scenes.

Build Process

1 — Intake (Day 0)

Secure intake form covering brand preferences, service descriptions, contact routing, and asset delivery. Takes approximately 15 minutes.

2 — Build Phase.
(Days 1–7 Foundation / 1–14 Premium)

We configure your Delta Line Privacy Stack™, customize the template to your brand, sanitize all images, and set up secure hosting.

3 — Review (Midpoint)

You receive a private staging link to review your site. We refine based on your feedback within the included revision rounds.

4 — Launch (Final Day)

Your site goes live. You receive admin credentials, configuration documentation, and instructions for optional maintenance setup.

Common Questions

No problem. We’ll configure it with private registration and point it to your new site. If you don’t have one, we’ll register it for you with WHOIS privacy enabled.

Yes. We build on WordPress, which you can learn to manage. Alternatively, ongoing maintenance includes minor edits so you don’t have to manage changes yourself.

Foundation ($1,750): You own the site and content outright. We build it, host it for 30 days, then you either add maintenance or migrate to your own hosting.

Managed ($500 + $175/month): We manage hosting and maintenance while your subscription is active. If payments stop, the site is temporarily unpublished. You retain rights to your content and can request an export anytime.

You have a 7-day grace period. After that, the site is temporarily unpublished until payment resumes. All content remains preserved and can be restored immediately once you’re current.

No. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee anonymity. We reduce common exposure risks through privacy-conscious infrastructure, but you remain responsible for your own operational security and legal compliance.

Only if your work involves heightened operational risk or you need documented takedown procedures. Most clients do not require this unless they have specific operational concerns.
